  • The colophon is part of the sale in the narrow sense that we keep the names current. It is not a warranty.
  • Texts are optional and never a condition of any purchase.
  • No disease claims. The goods are dietary supplements.

What follows is the agreement between you and EVLUTION NUTRITION LLC (EIN 47-5390554), which trades as EVLUTION NUTRITION and operates evolvewellnesslab.com. It covers who may buy, what is promised, what is not, and which state's law decides any disagreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our SMS or email communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Age and capacity

Orders are accepted only from people aged 18 and above who are legally competent to contract. The same threshold applies to the text programme. We do not knowingly sell to, or message, anybody below that age, and an order placed in breach of this may be cancelled and refunded.

3. Products and Health Disclaimer

Credit Line and all products sold on this website are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.

4. Text messages under the TCPA

Consent given through the opt-in box on this site permits EVLUTION NUTRITION to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to the mobile number you entered, as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requires it to be given. It carries the following terms.

5. Returns and refunds

Anything bought here can be sent back within 40 days of delivery, opened or not, and there is no restocking charge. Write to credits@evolvewellnesslab.com and we issue the instructions the same working day. The money goes back to the card that paid, 5 to 10 business days after the parcel reaches us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of EVLUTION NUTRITION LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. How far our liability goes

So far as the law allows, EVLUTION NUTRITION LLC is not answerable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of this website or the products bought through it. Whatever we are answerable for is capped at what you actually paid for the product in question.

8. Which law applies

Florida law governs this agreement, conflict-of-law rules aside, and the courts of Florida are where any dispute is heard. This does not take away rights you hold under the law of your own state; where the two differ, whichever is better for you applies.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this page. Amendments take effect on publication, carry a revised date, and apply to use of the site from then on. An order already placed stays governed by the version in force at the time.
